DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS TO OUR 1-800 PHONE NUMBER, follow the simple instructions below. THERE IS NO ACCOUNT LINKED AND YOUR PAYMENT WILL SIT IN LIMBO. Please recall the payment through the app if you’ve mistakenly made a payment to the 1-800 phone number.

I Don’t Have a Venmo Account, How Do I Link a Credit Card on Venmo:

• Download the Venmo app:
  • iOS: Download from the App Store
  • Android: Download from Google Play Store
• Open the app and tap “Sign Up”.
• Follow the prompts to enter your personal information, email, phone number, and create a password
• Log in to your Venmo account.
• Tap the ≡ (three lines) in the top left to open the menu.
• Go to Settings > Payment Methods.
• Tap “Add a bank or card…” and choose Credit or Debit Card.
• Enter your credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
• Tap Add and follow any verification steps (if required).
• Your credit card will now be linked and visible under Payment Methods.
